1998 July: Yahoo changes from Altavista to Inktomi

Yahoo uses a search engine if there are no results for a query in the Yahoo directory. Until June 1998, this searchengine was Altavista. Starting July, Yahoo uses Inktomi.

Total referers found in referer log files from all our own domains, and design and seminar customers hosted on our server. This only counts visitors coming from a link or a search engine. This does not count repeated visitors from bockmarks and visitors typing direct the URL (from newspaper or so)24662 2 visitors per pixel
